Born from
South LA.
The South LA Queens are a competitive traveling soccer team born from South Los Angeles, where many of the players first came together on the U10 Girls All-Star team. What started as a local group of determined young athletes has become one of the region's most accomplished youth programs.
Over the last three years, the Queens have played 119 matches and lost only 6, competing across the United States and internationally. Most of the girls now compete at the ECNL, ECRL, or Flight 1 levels. One player has been invited to try out for the United States Youth National Soccer Team.
As Los Angeles prepares to host matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the South LA Queens proudly represent the next generation of talent emerging from this city.
Success extends beyond the field. Over 80% of players maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher. The program emphasizes discipline, leadership, and academic excellence, developing confident athletes, scholars, and leaders.
In every tournament we have ever entered, in every state, in every country. We have always been the only South Los Angeles girls in the room. We show up anyway. We win anyway. That is who we are.
